Known as La Cañada, Cordoba's "Canal District" stretches along Av. Alvear/Av. Alcorta from as far south as Nueva Cordoba to the Suquia River. It's a quaint, tree-lined avenue with iconic, stone walls and bridges that is as much a pleasure to meander down aimlessly as it is to make your specific dinner/early nightlife destination. There are a few good bars (intersection of 27 de Avril) and restaurants (intersection of Av Colon) available along the way, many with scenic outdoor patios, so all you have to do is find a place that looks cool, grab something to eat and imbibe the night's first and second rounds.
