Less than 100 kilometers (60 miles) south of Brisbane, you'll find yourself in the lush Gondwana Rainforests of Springbrook National Park. The park is broken into four parts and is home to a diverse variety of flora and fauna. Two parts are particularly worth your time; the Natural Bridge and Springbrook Plateau. The Natural Bridge is a rock arch and cascading waterfall above Cave Creek, home to the luminous glow-worms; while the Springbrook Plateau has a handful of smaller falls within short range of each other, making for some nice hikes for the naturalist in us all.
