One of the most beautiful beaches in the world, period. Here you will find crystal clear water, spots to go cliff jumping, snorkelling, caving and exploring the hillside filled with mountain goats and beautiful local flora. Part of the draw to this place is that it is hard to find as you have to hike in from above after driving on a long unmarked dirt road, or take a substantial boat ride from Santa Maria Navarrese. Having said that, the beach can still fill up with people from these routes, but the varied rocks and lengthy beach can absorb enough humans so that you don't feel crowded. The highlight of this beach is the archway that you can climb on, swim through, and jump off! As the some random Italian dude said to me here you will find yourself saying, "GRAZIE ALLA NAUTRA!"
1) If you really want to enjoy this wonder of nature to yourself, stay until late afternoon or overnight with a tent, (which may or may not be legal).
2) Don't fret too much about finding this place, local tour ops in Santa Maria Navarrese can drive you in from above, and pick you up in a boat from below to give you the full experience. It's worth it!
