This is a small but truly interesting museum. Seeing famous paintings, such as some of Van Gogh's self-portraits and Bedrooms would be sufficient to appreciate and recommend this museum. But it has so much more to offer: presenting some less known beautiful pieces of art, the museum gives visitors an insight on Van Gogh's different influences and presents techniques and technical methods he used. Furthermore, he explains his methods in a very playful way: we can try on computers to do our own self-portrait following Van Gogh's rules about colors or discover which paintings were first on his canvas before he re-painted on them. Some last advice? Go to the museum on a Friday night: it closes at 10 pm, a DJ is playing, and you can enjoy a drink in this really neat, architecturally original museum.
