This is part of my adventure to investigate arboreal wildlife living in the understorey and the canopy of the Amazon Rainforest. This particular tree was the biggest. A huge ficus tree emergent reaching up to 50 meters. The cameras installed gathered amazing photos and video of endangered woolly monkeys, kinkajous and various rainforest birds. The climbs are pretty scary; especially when you reach 30m+ and arise above the lower canopy to where the emergent trees reach even higher. When the wind starts to blow it gets quite unsettling!
