Old buildings are relics of our past, of times gone by, of people who have walked on this earth and disappeared. On Jeju island, 'the Hawaii of Korea,' there is an abandoned circus not far from a main road that people pass by each and every single day without so much as a second glance - instead they rush from one tourist attraction to the next and on again. If you are are to venture inside the circus however, you will find a land that has been forgotten by time. Human sized dragon masks and horse whips can be found in storage boxes and in the ticket booth, glasses and jackets have been left behind as if the circus was simply closed one day and never opened again. What became of the people for whom this circus represented their whole life? Where did they go?
