First day in Athens, one of the oldest cities in the world! Meet your guide who will take you on a short walking tour around the historical center of Athens so as to find your bearings and admire the most important landmarks of this diverse city. After marveling the city you will embark on a gastronomical journey into the unique flavors of Greece under the city's sacred rock.
Meet your professional guide and visit the most important site of Athens, the Parthenon and the renowned New Acropolis museum. Walk around Plaka, one of the oldest parts of the city, filled with a plethora of distinctive shops, all-day coffee shops and traditional restaurants and lose yourself in the picturesque cobbled streets surrounded by quaint restored buildings. Explore on your own the rest of the old and culturally diverse neighborhoods of the city like Monastiraki, Gazi, Psiri and bargain at the Flea Market.
This morning you will catch a boat to our first Greek island, Tinos, which is also one of the most important Orthodox centers of worship in Greece. Enjoy its picturesque villages, beautiful beaches, unspoiled architecture, unique gastronomy and traditional culture and way of living. After settling at your hotel, you will savor the traditional cuisine of the island and then have some rest. In the afternoon will take a hike to the gorgeous hinterland of the island and pass through some of the most beautiful villages of the island. Final destination is dinner.
Our day will be dedicated to the sea. You will take a boat ride to the island's most inaccessible beaches and enjoy a scuba diving at the depths of the Aegean Sea. On our way back to the shore you will satisfy your appetite with a tasteful picnic, full of Greek flavors.
After saying goodbye to Tinos, we will travel to one of the best island holiday destinations, Paros. This island, with its unrivalled natural beauty and beaches with crystal clear waters, is renowned for its water sports, numerous archaeological and religious sights, vibrant nightlife and much more. The iconic windmill at the port welcomes us while our bus will take us to Nea Chrysi Akti, one of the islands most scenic beaches. Filled with sun-loving visitors who enjoy water sports and crystal clear blue waters it is also the place where the Windsurfing World Championships take place. Later in the evening we will visit a traditional village where you will have the chance to experience the local cuisine through a cooking lesson and taste the fruits of your efforts on a delicious dinner.
Our beachside hotel offers a nutritious breakfast, ideal for keeping you active for the rest of the day! Today you will have the opportunity to practice water sports activities such as paddle boarding, wakeboard, surfing lessons as well as yoga classes and aqua aerobics. After you have relaxed and freshened up you will take a bus tour around the island and visit the beautiful traditional village of Naoussa. Once there you will admire its graphic small harbor, the ruins of a Venetian fortress but also enjoy the vibrant nightlife and a delicious dinner from freshly caught seafood at a local seaside tavern.
Time to visit one more Greek island! Early in the morning we will be arriving at the island of Antiparos. Our sea-kayak guides will take us to some of the most beautiful beaches of the island. We will have the chance to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear water of the Aegean Sea and indulge in a nutritious Mediterranean –light- lunch. Your epic journey is slowly coming to an end. A fine dinner and a farewell beach party will be your last memories set at the the lovely island of Paros.
