I've Been hiking in the Adirondacks for 3 years and I have climbed 12 of the 46 high peaks and I am also a Saranac Lake 6er. I am familiar with the area and have hiked these trails many times. I have also climbed Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.
Bring food, plenty of water, hiking boots and clothing for every type of weather. Trekking poles are highly recommended.
