This is a 3-hour hiking and yoga class up the north face of South Mountain Phoenix Park! The classes include two hours hiking and one hour of yoga. We start with 15 minutes of easy standing yoga. Then we hike 45 minutes to Hidden Valley, some of the most beautiful Arizona desert you will ever see. Then we practice easy yoga for 45 minutes, connecting to the moment, and nature. After the yoga class we hike 45 minutes down the mountain, with amazing views of other mountains to the north.
