I am offering an affordable fair chase hunting experience for individuals looking for fun and adventure. You have a choice of self-guided, semi-guided, and fully guided hunts in the per-suite of Forest Grouse, Coyotes, Black Bear, Blacktailed Deer, or Roosevelt Elk (I do not charge extra for multiple game species). Each hunt is based on a hunters weapon of choice (modern firearm, muzzleloader, archery), experience and physical ability (Wheel chair accessible ground blinds are available). You can schedule a 1 to 5 day hunt (depending on method of choice and open legal season) from August 1 to December 31. All hunts take place on open private timber and public land in the foothills of the Olympic Mountains. Self-guided hunts: I provide location, scouting information, consultation (about animal behavior, tactics and strategies), maps, and the use of ground blinds and chairs. This package is $300.00 for up to five days (plus $25.00 per night stay at hunting camp). Semi-guided hunts: Includes everything from the self-guided hunt except I take the hunter into the field with me and get them set up to be successful. I also actively scout while they hunt, provide tree stands, provide consultation in the field, and assist with hunting tactics. This package is $300.00 per day up to five days (Plus $25.00 per night stay at hunting camp). Fully-guided hunt: The same as a semi-guided hunt except I am always with the hunter in the field. I am constantly scouting and looking for deer. I participate in all hunting tactics used to make the hunt successful. This package is $300.00 per day for up to five days (plus $25.00 per night stay at hunting camp). It is my goal to ensure every client has an enjoyable and rememberable fair chase hunting adventure. Also, it is my goal to get every hunter into position to have a successful shot opportunity of the game animal(s) of their choice. Remember this is hunting and harvesting an animal is not guaranteed. Hunters can chose to stay at our hunting camp or at a local hotel. We provide a comfortable hunting camp to include: Meals, power, a warm fire, porta potty and comrodery.
Call or email for availability dates, details of hunting package, and cost. Hunts take place from August 1 to December 31 depending on open seasons. Cost start at $300 per day depending on hunting package. Cost is $25.00 per night to stay at hunting camp. Hotels are available in the local area.
I have over 40 years outdoor experience. I grew up in Oregon spending much of my time in the outdoors camping, backpacking, hunting and fishing. I have been hunting the Olympic peninsula and Kitsap peninsula for 13 years and have had great success. I have been honing my hunting and guiding skills with friends, family, and coworkers. I am very knowledgeable about the big game species in Washington and continue to research to expand this knowledge.
