This hike is amazing, starting point lies just outside Marbella and is approximately 45 to 60 minutes drive from most other locations on the Costa del Sol.
I've personally taken a 65 year old amazing wonder woman up to the peak, if she can do it, anyone can do it. With that said, it should be clear that this is not an easy hike, at a good pace this hike can be 5 to 6 hours, some points near the peak can be scary for some people, but usually with a bit of encouragement most people make it past these points. Obviously everyone should feel at ease with what they do, and should anyone decide to wait for the group upon their return journey, this can be arranged, but a volunteer will always need to stay.
The views from this mountain peak are amazing, you will see across the Costa del Sol and on a clear day you will be able to see as far as Sierra Nevada, Gibraltar and even Africa.
To some people this is a challenge and can be a door opening to new experiences in life, it's an accomplishment making it to the top no matter how you look at this.
The hike can be customised and even include exercises along the way, we can carry sandbags or kettlebells up, it can be turned into a boot camp, but on the flip side of the coin, this can also be made as easy as possible for the participants by carrying everything for them and going at an easy pace.
