If you want to experience an active holiday that will blow you away and leave you with awesome memories for a lifetime, then this is your adventure. This adventure can be customised to suit the fitness and capabilities of your group or even to the level of individuals within the group. Depending on the size of your group you might get two trainers to work with you, male/female, both with tons of experience and qualifications, but more importantly a true passion to make each experience the best for the clients. The location for this experience is listed as Benalmadena, however, it's available across the Costa del Sol, Torremolinos, Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella, Malaga etc. Accommodation for your group can be arranged. Please note that we don't deal with budget accommodation. Transport can be arranged for your group.

Qualified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Kettlebell Level 2 Trainer, MMA Fitness Level 2, Boxing For Fitness, served in the Dutch Royal Airforce, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple belt, previous owner of 3 functional training gyms across 2 continents, having worked with hundreds if not close to thousands of groups over the many years in business.

All photos listed are real photos of experiences delivered by us. As these are outdoor adventures, some will need to be replaced with safer options if weather conditions call for it, safer alternatives will be provided under unfavourable weather conditions, no refunds can be given. Each event/day on the itinerary can be replaced with a 2 to 4 hour workshop style event that teaches any or all of the following: kettlebell training, crossfit, trx or boxing for fitness. Not recommended for people with health conditions or pregnant women.

  • Day 1
    Beach Boot Camp with Sunrise and Breakfast, 4 hour event which involves moving along the beach performing exercises and fun games, ending with a breakfast along the beach and stretching. You can decide to stay on the beach and relax or return to your accommodation.
  • Day 2
    Visit Barranco Blanco (gorge) near Coin and Alhaurin el Grande, this area has a lot to offer for all types of fitness levels, there are two awesome waterfalls to see, we will discuss the intensity of this event and how far you want to take it. You can chose to walk and stay dry, or we can add some swimming and rope climbing plus jumping off rocks into pools, if you still have energy we can run up the mountain, back down and crawl through the river to make our way back, or if you had enough, we will slowly walk back up to the starting point. This event is anywhere between 3 to 5 hours.
  • Day 3
    Caving in Ronda and swimming at a crystal clear lake next to one of the longest caves in the area. Ending the event with lunch (not included) at a nearby old authentic Spanish restaurant. This activity depends on the weather, if required, will be replaced with another activity.
  • Day 4
    Hike to Pico de Mijas (1,150m), the path we will take up depends on the fitness level of the group, there are many paths up, all varying levels of difficulty and technicality, we will choose the one right for your group. Duration of this event is between 3 to 5 hours depending on the group. For extremely fit groups we can add exercises and other fun stuff to make it harder.
  • Day 5
    Morning beach boot camp at a quiet part of the beach in Carvajal. Duration 1 to 2 hours. Circuits, CrossFit WOD, Team challenges (depending on numbers), stretching and relax.
  • Day 6
    Cycle Barranco Blanco valley or take it easy today, this is up to the group, if you decide to cycle we will make our way back to the Barranco Blanco area and do some off road cycling with the mountain bike, we will go down to where we were the other day and up the mountain through along the valley, through the stone quarry, through the old town of Coin, through Alhaurin el Grande back to the starting point. Duration is 4 to 5 hours. The alternative is a short 1 to 2 hour trail run/jog/walk on the Sierra de Mijas.
  • Day 7
    Today we will conquer La Concha which is a mountain peak located above Marbella, the hike is amazing with lots of different colours and incredible views. It's a challenging hike with one or two parts becoming a bit more challenging but possible to accomplish by anyone under the right conditions. This event is 6 or more hours not including travel. The alternative can be a canyon hike/swim in Benahavis, duration 3 to 4 hours.
