  • Day 1
    You'll enjoy a sightseeing tour of old Tbilisi, a charming town built along the twisting valley of the Mtkvari River. Your journey of discovering will take in the Sioni Cathedral and the 6th century Anchiskhati Basilica, the oldest church in the city, Afterwards Narikala Fortress, which once dominated the city from its hilltop setting. You will visit to Tbilisi Sulphur bathes as well, (17th and 19th centuries) – The history of the Sulphur baths in Tbilisi is related to the formation of the city itself. exploring narrow and colorful streets of Tbilisi, with wooden balconies. Cooking master class in Tbilisi: Guests will have ample time to learn and cook their own meal (Khinkali and Khachapuri + Pkhali (depending of the season)). After preparation, they will enjoy the lunch they’ve prepared.
  • Day 2
    early in the morning drive on to the direction of Kakheti. Visiting farmer's house to see a unique 300 year-old wine cellar. We get acquainted with the Georgian way of winemaking, quite different from the European one, and taste some of the typical wines of the region. Afterwards visiting Sighnaghi (18th century). The town preserves its original characteristics and now offers visitors stunning views of the surrounding Caucasus Mountains. Dinner at a farmer’s house with home-made dishes. Master class of making Georgian sweet ‘Churchkhela’ (walnuts coated in grape juice and flour). drive back to Tbilisi
